★★★★★
What an exceptional dining experience at Mr. Fox! From start to finish, every dish was absolutely delicious, with flavours that were thoughtfully balanced and complemented each other beautifully. Each course showcased incredible attention to detail and creativity. A particular highlight for me was the rabbit trecce pasta , it was incredibly flavoursome , rich, and perfectly executed. It's a dish I'll be thinking about for a long time. For dessert, the Valencia orange posset was the standout. Light, refreshing, and bursting with citrus flavour, it was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating a wonderful setting to enjoy such outstanding food. The waiting staff were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout, adding to the overall experience without ever being intrusive.
★★★★★
We had an absolutely stunning experience at Mr Fox. Every dish we tried was delicious and the presentation was gorgeous. The staff were very attentive and they even asked us at the beginning if we were going to a show after (we were heading to the Gate for a play) and advised us accordingly of how long certain dishes/set menus would take to ensure that we would not be late for the show. We had plenty of time and even had coffees after our meal. The standout dishes were the Sourdough (which arrived still warm), the Pork Croquette and the Buttermilk Fried Chicken.
★★★★★
Incredible experience at Mr.Fox for a birthday dinner. The food was incredibly fresh and super reasonably priced for the quality. We requested suggestions of wine per person and they provided fantastic recommendations.
★★★★★
Service was exceptional. Had the best oyster I’ve ever tasted (genuinely). Refreshing to see a wine menu that doesn’t subsidise the kitchen. Will be back.
★★★★★
Hands down best place in Dublin. Food was absolutely amazing. We did chefs tasting menu. It's not cheap but it's really worth it
★★★★★
One of the best meals I've had in years. My boyfriend and I planned to have one really nice dinner on our trip, and we chose SO well in reserving with Mr. Fox. Our server was incredible and the supporting staff as well- never overbearing, excellent timing, always a full glass. We had olives and cocktails to start, the fried chicken for an appetizer, the rabbit and the fish for our mains, and the chocolate dessert. Food was impeccable- not gigantic portions we couldn't finish, but perfectly filling. Reasonably priced. Beautiful ambience.
★★★★★
Lovely little restaurant full of atmosphere. I'm an absolute foodie and I just loved the food here. We had the set menu the sour dough bread was delicious. The langoustine Toast and Tuna Aguachile was so morish I could have had them as a main course. The service is excellent everyone was knowledgeable, helpful but not intrusive. I would highly recommend.
★★★★★
